On January 29, 2023, Shandong Lineng Power Plant Technology Co.,Ltd. held its 2022 Annual Work Summary Meeting. During the meeting, the heads of the International Business Division, Transmission and Distribution Business Division, and Biomass Energy Business Division presented reports on the development of their respective divisions. General Manager Zhang Yubo summarized the overall operational performance of the company in 2022, provided a scientific analysis of the internal and external challenges faced by the company,and emphasized the need to address weaknesses, strengthen areas of improvement, mitigate risks, and seek breakthroughs.

Second, to address the issue of a single business structure in the early stages of development, continue to adjust and optimize the business structure. Third, move forward with the spirit of a second entrepreneurial venture, maintain a problem-oriented and results-driven approach, strengthen advanced management practices, safeguard the next phase of development, and redesign incentive and profit-sharing mechanisms to encourage employee innovation. Chairman Jia Xuedong pointed out that, despite the adverse impact of the pandemic on both domestic and international business environments, the company achieved its 2022 operational goals through the efforts of all divisions and employees. With the gradual optimization of pandemic prevention and control policies in 2023, the company is entering a period of development opportunities.
